On Saturday May 27th volunteers organised a special day for St Andrews pre-school children and their families. Pond dipping, salad safaris and worm feeding were some of the exciting outdoor activities in the glorious sunshine! It was wonderful to see and hear the children confidently guiding their grown-ups through the garden. Lunch was cooked on the open fire and was a delicious accompaniment to the salads picked by the children.
We’ll be doing more of these days later this summer.
